Pre-launch terms. LiviQ is not yet live. These terms cover your use of this waitlist website only. Full platform terms — covering listings, messaging, payments and landlord/seeker obligations — will be published before the app launches and will require fresh acceptance.

1. Who we are

LiviQ ("we", "us", "our") operates this pre-launch website and waitlist at the domain liviq.uk. We are building an AI-powered platform for shared housing in the UK. For any questions, contact us at hello@liviq.uk.

2. What this website is

This website is a pre-launch landing page. Its sole purpose is to collect email addresses and role preferences (room seeker or landlord) from people interested in early access to LiviQ. No products or services are being sold here. No binding contracts are formed by joining the waitlist.

3. The waitlist

By submitting your email address you are expressing interest in LiviQ and agreeing to receive occasional email updates about our launch. Specifically:

We will use your email only to communicate about LiviQ's launch and early access
We will not sell, rent or share your email with any third party for marketing purposes
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, a specific launch date, or any particular feature
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the waitlist at any time

When LiviQ will launch or in which cities
Which features will be available at launch

Our total liability for any claim related to this website shall not exceed £0, as no purchase or payment is involved.
